What shall I do if I have an issue with my Selfridges eGift Card?
If you have any issues with using your eGift Card, please contact Selfridges' Customer Services by calling 0800 123 400 (+44 113 369 8040 from overseas). Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
What will happen after I place my order online?
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. At the point of despatching the eGift Card to your recipient, we will send you another email to confirm this has been done. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.
Who will send me my eGift Card?
Our eGift Card partner is Voucher Express and they will fulfil your eGift Card order. Their name will appear on your credit card statement and all of their terms can be found here
How can I pay with my Selfridges eGift Card?
You can pay with your Selfridges eGift Card in store and online. When redeeming an eGift Card online, you will be required to give the serial number of the eGift Card and the PIN, which is displayed on the eGift Card PDF.
The amount of your purchase will then be deducted from the balance on the eGift Card. If your purchase totals less than the value of the eGift Card, any balance will be left as credit for you on the eGift Card to spend in future. Change will not be given.
If you use a Selfridges eGift Card online, any balance left will be issued to you via email as an e-voucher. To redeem an e-voucher, you will need to register both the email address used to receive the e-voucher and the serial number provided to you in the email attaching the e-voucher. Please note that any order made using an e-voucher must be equal to or greater than the value of the e-voucher.
How can I pay for my Selfridges eGift Card?
You can pay for your eGift Card online and in store. The minimum eGift Card value is £10 and the maximum value is £500, and all eGift Cards must be purchased in pounds sterling.

Can I send a personal message with the eGift Card?
Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message when purchasing your eGift Card online. Your message will be included with your order.
Can I use the eGift Card with my Selfridges Account Card?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept eGift Cards as payment or part-payment to a Selfridges Account Card.
Do Selfridges eGift Cards have an expiry date?
No, our eGift Cards do not have an expiry date.
How can I check the balance on my Selfridges eGift Card?
You can find out the remaining balance on the eGift Card at any till point in store (except some of the Food Hall tills), or by calling 0800 123 400.
Can I change the value of an eGift card after I have paid for it?
Unfortunately it is not possible to alter the value of the eGift card after payment.
How do I cancel an order for an eGift Card?
If your eGift Card has not yet been delivered because you have selected a future delivery date, you can cancel by contacting Customer Services on 0371 200 2067. If the eGift Card has already been delivered, your purchase cannot be cancelled.
Can I buy an eGift Card and have it sent to myself?
Yes, you can. Many customers choose to have the eGift Card sent to themselves so they can print it off and present it as a gift. All you need to do is input your address in the delivery email fields.

Gift Cards that are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in Selfridges stores; however, if your Gift Card becomes accidentally damaged or if you have any issues using your Gift Card, please contact Selfridges’ Customer Services here or call 0800 123 400 (+44 113 369 8040 from overseas). Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
What will happen after I place my order for my Gift Card?
Following payment, Selfridges Gift Cards will be sent to the delivery address(es) provided on each individual order. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail services. Orders with a combined value of £50 or less will be sent by First Class post. All other orders will be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival.

How can I pay with my Selfridges Gift Card?
You can pay with your Selfridges Gift Card in store and online. When redeeming a Selfridges Gift Card online or over the telephone, you will be required to give the serial number of the Gift Card and the PIN, which is revealed by scratching off the foil panel on the Gift Card itself.
The amount of your purchase will then be deducted from the balance on the Gift Card. If your purchase in store totals less than the value of the Gift Card, any balance will be left as credit for you on the Gift Card to spend in future. However, additional value cannot be added to any Selfridges Gift Card and change will not be given.
How can I pay for my Selfridges Gift Card?
You can pay for your Selfridges Gift Card online and in store. The minimum Selfridges Gift Card value is £10 and all Selfridges Gift Cards must be purchased in pounds sterling. Any purchases of Selfridges Gift Cards with a value exceeding £8,000 will require proof of identification and we reserve the right to limit the total number of Selfridges Gift Cards that you purchase.

What happens to my balance when I return an item purchased with a Selfridges Gift Card?
In store returns/refunds
If you choose to return an item purchased in store with a Selfridges Gift Card to a Selfridges store, we will refund the purchase price of the item onto a new printed Selfridges Gift Card.
Online returns/refunds
If you choose to return an item purchased online with a Selfridges Gift Card by post or courier, we will refund the purchase price of the item onto an e-voucher.
Please note, e-vouchers are not available for use in any of Selfridges’ stores. You can only use your e-voucher once and the total value of the products you are purchasing must be equal to or greater than the value of the e-voucher.
You may return your online order to any of our stores, where the purchase price will be refunded to a new printed Selfridges Gift Card. This does not affect your statutory rights.
